It is very important for us that you have a product you love.

That’s why, we aim to make it easy for you to exchange and return.

What is 'Satisfied or Refunded'?

If the products you purchased don’t meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them, no questions asked, 14 days from receiving them.

What are the conditions to return or exchange an item?

You must notify us of your desire to return your order within 14 days after receiving it. You have 30 days to do it in case of wanting to exchange the product.

After receiving from us the return address, you have another 14 days to send the items. They must still be new and put in their original packaging.

IMPORTANT: Due to their nature, products that are personalised cannot be exchanged or returned.

Original shipping costs (and duties, if applicable) are non-refundable.

How to exchange or return a product?

Simply contact us at myorder@goblackwood.co.uk or by using the Contact form. Remember to provide us with the order number and the items you want to return/exchange so that we can track the order. We will then provide you with the return address to which you should ship the items within 14 days – remember to keep the proof of shipping.

If you want to make an exchange, tell us which model and colour you want to receive.

Did you receive the order I returned to you?

It usually takes between 2 and 7 working days for your order to be returned. Once your order has been received by us, we will process the refund or exchange.

If you have not received any news within 10 days to 15 days, please contact us so we can locate your order.
