Yes. We continue to ship all orders using the trusted service of Royal Mail. Sometimes, the delivery times might be longer than usually (especially the international deliveries might take a few days longer)  but they should always reach you.

In case of changing your mind about a purchase, you can ask for a refund within 14 days of receiving the goods. Here you can learn how to do it.

It is worth noting that products personalised with initials cannot be returned.

Original shipping costs (and duties, if applicable) are non-refundable.

You have 30 days after receiving the products to exchange them. Please see our Exchanges Page for full details. 

IMPORTANT: Products that are personalised cannot be exchanged.

You have 1 hour from the moment of placing the order to edit or cancel it. Simply e-mail us at myorder@goblackwood.co.uk

After the hour passes, your products might be already undergoing embossing procedure or they might be handed over to our delivery partners.

We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries. For extra security, each delivery is sent with the Tracked & Signed option.

We aim to dispatch all the products, even the personalised ones, within 24 hours of receiving the order. Once the parcel is with Royal Mail, it should reach you within 2-3 working days in the UK and 3-5 working days internationally (subject to delays caused by Customs).

We always aim to provide you with the tracking number. In case when you did not receive it, please e-mail us at myorder@goblackwood.co.uk so that we can track your parcel and provide you with the tracking number.

Orders & Shipping

Thanks to our service providers – Stripe and PayPal – you can pay for your order securely by card, such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. 

If you have a promotional code, simply add the products you want to the cart. Then, proceed to view the shopping cart, where you will find a field for a Coupon Code. Simply type your promotional code there and press ‘Update Cart’ button.

Your satisfaction is our priority. Therefore, if your order sadly does not meet your expectations, you can ask for a refund within 14 days from receiving the order.

IMPORTANT: Due to the nature of the products, items that have been personalised are non-refundable.

We offer free shipping for all the orders within The United Kingdom. Shipping to France costs £3.98, while deliveries to all other international destinations cost £8.90.

Be aware that in some countries extra charges, such as customs fees, might occur.

Each product comes in a little cardboard packaging and a canvas bag. The latter protects the items and makes for a lovely gift wrap. Additionally, it is reusable. You can use it for storage, as an extra pouch, or any other creative purposes such as making air freshener with dried flowers.

We are based in London, United Kingdom.

Blackwood was founded by two best friends who decided to combine their untypical skillset (including Mechanical Engineering, Innovation, Luxury Fashion) and do something good for the planet.

In order to grant high ethical standards, support local economy, and cut down on the shipping emissions, our supply chain is European.

Our materials come from Portugal, Italy, and Poland. Our zippers are made in Switzerland by renown manufacturers – Riri. Our canvas bags for packaging are made in Poland.

All the products are handmade in Poland. One of our co-founders is Polish, so it was very important for him to work with Polish suppliers and craftsmen.

Yes, it is very important for us only to use cruelty-free materials.

Personalisation is a highly precise procedure requiring a lot of experience and focus.

All our products are personalised in our workshop in central London by a highly-skilled embossing specialist. Before Blackwood, he worked for a leading luxury fashion brand personalising highly exclusive items, such as luxury wallets, handbags, jewellery boxes. You name it. 

The process of personalisation is done with a special machine. It is a combination of heat (more than 100 degrees Celsius), pressure, and precision.

Up until now, we have been focusing on strengthening the relationship with our clients, in order to understand you and your needs better. This is why, we have only worked with few carefully selected retailers that are aligned with our values.
